Constructing Towers through Teamwork

Students in Ms. Quiles's classes practiced engineering principals through collaboration by building tall tower-like structures with wooden blocks and plastic cups. This practical application of science was a pre-activity for an upcoming project that will include research, design, presentation, and modeling components.
