School Advisory Committee coming to Albritton
Dear Albritton Parents and Guardians,
Albritton Middle School is looking for candidates to join our School Advisory Committee (SAC). The SAC is designed to address issues of school policy & administrative procedures, instructional/ educational programs, allocation of resources, student standards of conduct, and base-related topics that impact students. They cannot address personnel practices or policies, compensation, employee grievances, internal management of DoDEA, and fundraising.Â
Members will be expected to:
- attend all meetings (Tentative dates: Oct. 22, 2025, January 13, 2026, March 16, 2026 and June 1, 2026)
- actively participate in discussions
- frequently seeks input from constituents, and keep them informed
- remember that they represent the school and community groups. and
- attend IAC meetingsÂ

If you are interested in running for a seat on Albritton's SAC, please complete the Google Form by 10 p.m. on Monday, September 29th. In the Google Form, please include 3-4 sentences about why you are interested in serving on the SAC.
Elections will be held starting October 1st through October 7th. There will be a booth for voting at our Curriculum Night on October 1st. Results will be announced on October 9th.
