8th Grade Students Participate in CID Symposium

Eighth-grade students at Albritton Middle School experienced a CID symposium on May 13, 2024. The morning began with Fort Bragg Garrison Commander, Colonel John M. Wilcox, speaking to the entire eighth grade at Albritton. After receiving guidance from Col. Wilcox, the students were divided into smaller groups for targeted sessions on topics such as anti-bullying, social and emotional health, making good choices, the dangers of narcotics, and cybersecurity. The students came back together for a grade-level activity after lunch. This day-long event was organized by Special Agent Sofia Piturro and delivered by Agent Piturro and other officers from the Carolinas Field Office of the U.S. Army Criminal Investigation Division.
