Albritton Open House a Smashing Success

For families, Albritton's Open House, held August 21, 2024, began in the gymnasium, where they were able to obtain information from community partners, join the Albritton PTSA, shop for school spirit wear, and spin for prizes. Next, parents were invited to visit their students' classrooms. By visiting with each teacher for about fifteen minutes, families could experience their children's daily schedule in miniature. Teachers covered expectations, provided syllabi, and shared sample activities with their visitors. Families were also able to sign out their technology equipment during Open House. Sponsors and legal guardians may continue to sign for their student's Chromebook from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. for the rest of this week. Albritton would like all students to have access to DoDEA technology as soon as possible. Thank you for your cooperation.

For teachers, Open House began with a catered meal provided by the PTSA. Albritton appreciates the support of the PTSA as well as community partners including Army Community Services, Transportation Services, School Support Services, Nutrition Services, and Tutor.com. Working together, we can make this an excellent school year for all Albritton Bulldogs!
