2024 Fall Family Events at Albritton

Albritton Middle School is hosting several family events this fall. Parents and students were invited to participate in Albritton's 2024 Family Curriculum Night on October 30th.
Many fun and educational activities were planned for Curriculum Night, which was organized by Melissa Davis, our information specialist. The Albritton Student Council greeted families and provided students with "passports" for stamping at the many stations. Parents experienced student learning and activities first hand, including content-specific information, club demonstrations, public health information, literacy strategies, digital citizenship for families, and FitnessGrams. Community partners such as the Albritton PTSA, Tutor.com, and United through Reading were also on campus to support our Bulldog families. Bingo for Books was available in the cafeteria and families had a chance to drive robots or be on BNN, our student broadcast, in the gym.
On Friday, November 1st, parents were invited to meet with their student's teachers for parent-teacher conferences. On Wednesday, November 6th, there is a session for 8th grade students and their parents in the Albritton cafeteria at 3:00 p.m. This event, offered by Cumberland County Schools, will provide families with information about E.E. Smith and choice high schools available for Albritton students next year.
