The DoDEA Student Information System (DSIS) Family Portal will be unavailable from Wednesday, June 25 at 2:00 pm ET until Thursday, July 10 at 2:00 pm ET. Parents and students will not be able to access the system or register students during this time. Registration will resume when the system is reopened on July 10.
During the Bulldog Power Hour, a time that is scheduled for enrichment and intervention opportunities for students, Ms. Elliott's math students headed outside for a life-size demonstration of graphing reflections. Students used chalk to draw large graphs on the sidewalk. One student would stand on the graph at a chosen point. The partner would choose to reflect over the X or Y axis. Finally, they would draw a figure and reflect it over either the X or Y axis. Students enjoyed this hands-on, outdoor, learning experience. Â
